- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet (1 1/4 ounces) taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Rice: Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
- Cook the Beef: Coat a large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, draining any excess fat.
